Aditya Hegde is currently an Associate with Nyaaya Legal, having previously been associated with MV Kini law firm. He completed his LL.B. from the esteemed Mumbai University and has been actively practicing as a litigation counsel in Mumbai since joining the Bar in 2024. Aditya regularly represents clients in criminal, commercial, corporate, and insolvency matters before Trial Courts, the Bombay High Court, NCLT, and various other tribunals.

Aditya’s expertise in corporate law was developed during his internship with a leading corporate law firm, where he gained hands-on experience in corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, and due diligence. He is also pursuing his CS (Company Secretary) qualification, which complements his work in corporate law. His practice areas include Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law, and Labor and Employment Law, with a special focus on company law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.

In addition to his corporate work, Aditya has a strong background in criminal and civil law. He has significant experience in researching, drafting, and filing petitions before the Supreme Court and the Bombay High Court, NCLT and other Tribunals. His litigation practice spans various forums, including District Courts and tribunals, where he is highly skilled in drafting and arguing cases, particularly in corporate disputes and regulatory compliance matters.

Vani Manoraj complemented her Bachelor of Laws (BLS.LL.B.) degree from the esteemed University of Mumbai and went on to excel in her Master of Laws degree in International Dispute Resolution from King’s College London. Vani discovered her keen interest in human well-being and to help meet basic and complex needs of all people, with a particular focus on those who are vulnerable and oppressed. Combining her passion and profession, Vani is a lawyer and a socio-legal activist with good share of experience in the soci-legal development sector. She has profound interest in International Human Rights and has been actively involved in National Policy making for Protection of Women and Child rights. She was an active participant and represented India in the Labour20 engagement group under G20 Summit. Vani is also engaged with the United Nations International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunal, United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, Geneva. During her tenure with the Commission, she supported the first inter-state dispute falling under Convention for Elimination for Racial Discrimination between Qatar v. Saudi Arabia and UAE.

Vani has previously also supported the complaint procedure against child rights violations at the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights. She co-ordinated with district and state level stakeholders in the rescue and rehabilitation of child trafficking victims.

Presently, she lends her expertise to various non-governmental organizations, advocating for the rights of children and women facing egregious violations. Additionally, her scholarly pursuits include researching contemporary challenges faced by women and children at the esteemed V.V. Giri National Labour Institute while contributing to several legal and social journals, authored books, reports and studies. On the Legal front, Vani is actively engaged in pro bono work and strongly believes and works towards making quality Legal Support accessible to all.

Chintan Nirala is an esteemed lawyer with an academic flare. Chintan holds a Master of Laws degree in International Dispute Resolution from King’s College London and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the University of Allahabad.

Chintan is currently pursuing his doctorate at McGill University, focusing on International Investment Law and Constitutional Law, with guidance from Prof Andrea K. Bjorklund. His research delves into the socio-legal dimensions of investment law, particularly exploring the viability of establishing a multilateral investment court. He is also a university recognised student at the Centre for Socio-Legal Studies, University of Oxford.

Chintan has served as a consultant on Investment Disputes and International Commercial Arbitration Cases (UNCITRAL) and includes experience with the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA). As a qualified advocate in India, he practiced law and was affiliated with a commercial chamber. He has also served as a tribunal secretary and research intern under various Indian Supreme Court and High Court Judges.

Chintan has been appointed as the national rapporteur for the International Centre for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA) Yearbook and as an expert reviewer with the Centre for Trade and Investment Law, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. Additionally, he has contributed to several legal journals as a member of editorial teams and has actively engaged in pro bono work.

Adv. Mayuresh R. Ingale (BE, LL. B, LL.M) is an Advocate and Legal Consultant enrolled in the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. Being a lawyer with an entrepreneurial bend of mind, he started out a five years ago to build a real estate and criminal law practice in Pune with legal standards and bespoke solutions. With his innate understanding of the nuanced social structures and in-depth knowledge of applicable laws, he effectively negotiates challenges faced in legal operations. He has vast experience of handling criminal litigations pertaining to offences under the Indian Penal Code, Prevention of Corruption Act, Maharashtra Control of Organised Crimes Act, Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, The Negotiable Instruments Act etc. He handles the Criminal, real estate and revenue matters of the firm with a special interest in MLRC, MRTP and Municipal laws. Venkatesh has graduated from Pune University having completed his BLS LL.B. Since joining the bar in the year 2022, Venkatesh has gained significant experience in handling all types of dispute resolutions in various forums. He has handled a wide array of matters such as Civil & Criminal Writ Petitions, Bails, Anticipatory Bails, Recovery proceedings, Family disputes and Labour disputes. He has also been involved in handling issues in relation to negotiable instruments and disputes related thereto. In addition, he has also advised and represented clients during various criminal inquiries. Venkatesh also advises clients on the acquisition and development of real estate and has conducted title due diligences.

Venkatesh actively appears in proceedings before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble Bombay High Court, City Civil & Sessions Court, Chief Metropolitan Magistrates Court, RERA Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Revenue Tribunals, Family Court, Labour Court and various other tribunals and quasi-judicial authorities.

Adv. Abhishek S Salian (BSL, LLB, LLM-King’s College London) is an Advocate and Legal Consultant enrolled in the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa having hands-on experience in dealing with complex legal.
